A few of us scouted West Central Iowa yesterday. Just fuckin around with friends. Three Baggers and a Tramp. Before we even left. 5-0.

Hwy 141 to Templeton. Home of Templeton Rye Whiskey, no more than 500 residents and The Still. The Still. Templetons one and only establishment.

But at 2pm ona Saturday they were closed. Must be a late night crowd.

Back on 141 to Coon Rapids. Home of The Coon Bowl III Bowling Alley and Chuck's Place. We stopped into Chucks for a breather. Then back home.

Good to get out. Summer in Iowa.
