Vin fiert / Hot wine

Vin fiert (lit. boiled wine):
- pour 2 (or 4, or 6 etc) cups of red dry wine in a pot.
- put the pot on the stove and fire it up.
- when the wine begins to foam at the top add 1 (or 2, or 3 etc) spoons of sugar
- when the foaming of the wine gets busy add 2 (or 4, or 6 etc) spoons of cinnamon powder and start mixing
- turn off the fire when the wine starts to 'grow'/boile
- pour it in cups and add a sprinkle of cinnamon ontop
- drink while hot/very hot
A gret drink in late autumn, winter and early spring, especialy if you ride in cold weather :D
 ENJOY!
